Despatch

Below are the steps for collecting in for repair by our despatch: (within klang valley)

Get a repair evaluation and estimation using our by submitting quotation checker form; or call us at our service call number, or send us a fax to tell us about your problem. We will provide you a rough repair evaluation just to make sure that your product is repairable. We will also provide you with rough repair estimation so that you are assured of Camcare’s fair and affordable pricing. Our service also includes the delivery/manage to supplier of under warranty products.

Once the repair job is confirmed, a job sheet will be generated and sent to you via email, by fax or by hand to customer upon collection of said product. Please keep the job sheet for your reference and for security purposes.
Within 2 working days, our dispatch representative will come to your door step with the above mentioned job sheet to collect your camera.
Upon performing a repair diagnosis on your camera, we will proceed to provide you a formal quotation within 2 working days. Alternatively, customer can also log in to our website to check for the quotation via our repair status system. You may also reach us via email, phone or fax.
Repair works will be completed within 2 working days beginning from confirmation date or payment date. Please note that this duration may vary depending on spare parts availability.
Once repair is done, we will deliver your product back to you by hand. Delivery of repaired goods will incur NO transportation charge. Only goods that have been called off will be charged a minimal transportation fee. (this depends on size of goods).
