Below are the steps for sending in repair by courier:

Before sending your goods to us, get a repair evaluation and estimation by submitting quotation checker form. You can also speak to us via our service call number, or send us a fax in regard of your problem. We will provide you a rough repair evaluation in order to make sure that your product is repairable. We will also provide you with rough repair estimation so that you are assured of Camcare’s fair and affordable pricing.
Pack up your camera and send us your camera. Remember to submit delivery request form before sending to us.
Upon receiving your goods via courier, a job sheet will be generated and sent to you via email, or fax. Please keep the job sheet for your reference and for security purposes.
Upon performing a repair diagnosis on your camera, we will proceed to provide you a formal quotation within 2 working days. Alternatively, customer can also log in to our website to check for the quotation via our repair status system. You may also reach us via email, phone or fax.

  • A minimum of Inspection fee will be charged upon cancellation of repair. The amount of inspection fee is subjected to product range.
Repair works will be completed within 2 working days beginning from confirmation date or payment date. Please note that this duration may vary depending on spare parts availability.
Once repair is done, we will notify you so that you may make a payment. We accept TT payment for clients beyond Malaysia’s shore. When payment is received, we will courier your good back to you.

  • Camcare warranties its repairs for 90 days warranty from the date of collection by/return to customer against defective labour and new parts only.
